5 pounds red potatoes

1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise *
¾ cup sour cream *
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup yellow mustard
C. teaspoon garlic powder
½ c. teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper (fresh ground if possible)
2 green onions chopped inSupplement

Cut red potatoes in small businesses, they are a pot of cold salted water. Bring the potatoes boil, reduce heat and simmer simmer for 12-15 minutes or until tender. Drain the potatoes and cool.
Once the potatoes are completely cooled, they all fit in a large bowl of chopped vegetables, except green onions. Another bowl of mayonnaise, sour cream,Mustard, spices and more. Mix the sauce used with the potatoes and toss to coat the potatoes. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Just before serving, transfer the potatoes to the pan with onion and green fill.
